Utilities Policies

Payment of utility bills is due by 5 pm on the due date of each month.

The office closes at 1PM on Friday. You may put your utility payment in the drop box located between the two glass doors. Any payment put in the drop box after 5pm will be considered late.

A late fee of $25 will be added on the 10^th of every month at 5pm to any account that has a balance.

Disconnections for non-payment are on the 20^th of each month.

To restore services, your balance must be paid in full and the reconnection fee of $35 must be paid.

If your account remains unpaid for over 1 month, any deposits will be applied to the amount due. If this occurs, you will be responsible for any remaining balance, in addition to a new utility deposit before services can be reconnected.

To disconnect services, please complete the following disconnection request. Once completed, you can drop it off in person, fax it or email it to us to disconnect services.
