Citizen’s Work Request

Residents of the Town of Lucama can now submit their Work Request by filling out the online form below or you may choose to print the Work Request by clicking this link.

Once printed, please fill out the shaded areas and either drop off at Town Hall, 111 South Main Street, Lucama, NC 27851 or fax the Work Request to (252) 239-9707.
