The current rate for property tax in the town of Lucama is $0.38 per $100 of the value of your property. This is the second lowest rate in Wilson County.

Water is listed on your utility bill as a separate charge from sewer; however, they are both calculated based on water usage (gallons used).

• There is a basic charge of $18.40 for the first 1,000 gallons.
